Casting Your Desktop to a TV Using Chrome/Edge
Steps to Cast Your Desktop to the Board Room TV:
- Open Google Chrome.
- Click the ellipsis (three dots) menu in the top-right corner.
- Select “Cast, save & share.”
- Click the Sources dropdown and select “Cast Desktop” (this must be selected before choosing a device).
- Choose “Board Room TV” from the list of available devices.
- Your entire desktop will now be cast to the TV.
Stopping the Cast:
- Click the Cast button again.
- Select “Board Room TV” and click “Stop Casting.”
- The TV will now be available for others to use.
Important Note:
Always stop casting when finished to prevent your desktop from being shared unintentionally.
